Chief Procurement Officer

This role is a key part of our 'Procurement with Purpose' strategy, focusing on buying responsibly, sustainably, and growing together with partners worldwide. The role works closely with Brand teams and Divisions to increase effectiveness of marketing procurement by developing and executing global sourcing strategies in market.
Main Responsibilities:- Understand and execute the 7-step sourcing strategy
- Earn consideration as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders
- Execute sourcing strategies at the appropriate level of scale in market
- Connect strategy & execution aligned to Unilever Compass and Global Divisions goals and priorities
- Deliver against financial targets and other KPIs
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Preferred
- Effective communication skills in English language
- Understanding of supply market, value chain, and FMCG knowledge
- Experience in large-scale project management
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships
- Ensure alignment with company goals and priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
