We are seeking an exceptional professional to drive business expansion and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Execution
- Leverage industry expertise to inform customer engagements, close deals, and influence internal teams on best practices.
- Act as a thought leader across solution areas to advise customers on digital transformation, shaping Microsoft's strategic direction across various markets.
- Lead virtual cross-functional teams on strategic projects and high-impact solution sales deployments that drive digital transformation and deliver business value.
- Grow business with existing strategic customers by initiating conversations, guiding others on demos or quotes, and collaborating with partners or internal teams.
- Evaluate and challenge the needs of strategic/high-potential customers, articulating vision and long-term implications for customer acceleration of digital transformation.
- Scaling and Collaboration
- Drive planning and execution on opportunities with resources and partners across territories to cross-sell and up-sell, validating partner solution relevance for customers.
- Provide input and feedback to One Commercial Partner (OCP) on developing partner strategies and drive consistency on execution, proactively connecting partner ecosystems to form new market opportunities.
- Lead sales orchestration with internal stakeholders and partners, developing a holistic approach to build network across Microsoft and identifying strategies to position opportunities to promote collaboration and participation.
- Technical Expertise
- Lead conversations and set up events within Microsoft, mentoring others and developing strategies for best practice sharing across subsidiaries.
- Contribute ideas that can be instituted across Microsoft, posting information or speaking at external events, driving conversations with prospective customers/partners as a thought leader across solution areas.
- Sales Excellence
- Built new markets by leveraging technical and industry expertise, partners, and resources, leading a team to explore business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and facilitate customer innovation.
- Review feedback report and set long-term strategies aimed at maintaining levels of client satisfaction, coaching others on ensuring customer/partner satisfaction and decreasing dissatisfaction by establishing recovery action plans.
