Data Lake Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and implement scalable data lake solutions utilizing Java and Hadoop ecosystem technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and great communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient data lake architectures using Java and Hadoop technologies.
  • Maintain and optimize existing data lake infrastructure.
  • Create big data processing solutions using Spark and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and quality.
  • Analyze complex data issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java programming.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, or other big data technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data lake architecture principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL and RDBMS systems is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
