B2B Analytics Senior Manager

This position is responsible for generating strategic insights that shape our global approach while also delivering deep, localized analysis to accelerate growth in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide granular, market-specific insights to improve campaign performance, lead generation, and revenue contribution.
  • Analyze macro-level trends and performance benchmarks to inform and optimize our global marketing strategy.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to produce analyses for global and US needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and advocate for AI-powered tools to improve data analysis and understanding of the B2B ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Data & Analytics Expertise: Strong foundation in data analysis, including statistical analysis, A/B testing methodologies, and attribution modeling.
  • B2B Marketing Acumen: Understanding of the B2B lead-to-revenue funnel, including metrics, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Marketing Automation platforms like HubSpot, CRM like Salesforce, BI tools like Tableau, and proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.
