Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data engineering.

The primary goal of this position is to extract insights from large volumes of complex data and help solve problems. You will work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify and query data sources, and present the finished product.

  • Cleanse and massage data into the shape required for analysis.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
  • Present and gather feedback from stakeholders on the finished product.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining complex data models, pipelines, and self-service analytics across the organization.
  • Designing and implementing reliable aggregation layers and reporting structures that meet growing business needs.
  • Collaborating with development teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of IT experience.
  • University degree in Computer Related Sciences or similar.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Scala.
  • Experience building reporting and dash boarding solutions using data lake/Snowflake or similar ecosystem.
  • Expert in Database fundamentals, SQL and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
