As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in developing our data-driven mindset, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing our data architecture.

  • Develop analytical dashboards in Power BI to visualize complex data insights.
  • Create automations to improve scalability using Python, Power Automate, or other tools such as Fabric Notebooks with Python, SparkSQL, and PySpark.
  • Handle extraction, transformation, and loading routines, and develop our OLAP environment and data warehouse.
  • Develop queries and analyze data within the OLTP environment.
  • Identify trends and insights within the company to inform management and add value through analytics dashboards.
  • Create reports to monitor business effectiveness and track internal database metrics.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing data-driven insights.
  • Lead sales calls with international offices, providing commercial insights and analyzing sales databases for operational teams.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, business-oriented, and able to work independently. They must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in tools: Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Figma.
  • Knowledge of programming languages is a plus, such as Microsoft Fabric, Hubspot, Apollo.
