We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.
This professional will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data, constructing narratives that inform business decisions, and delivering actionable reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and a solid understanding of database concepts. Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop data visualizations that meet requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets using Tableau.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve future deliverables.
- Maintain and document the operational environment, ensuring seamless data delivery.
- Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to desired platforms.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence solutions, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- Proficiency in Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, with at least 1 year of previous work experience using the tool.
- A solid understanding of relational database concepts and hands-on experience with ETL processes using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (desired).
- Advanced English language proficiency.
