Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and informing business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead P&L level closing activities, drive transparency and predictability, and provide strong variance analysis.
  • Work with Actuals, Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan, and long-term financial models/plans.
  • Explain variances on volume, mix, base cost, variable cost, project sales, margins, SGA, EBIT, working capital, and cash from operation.
  • Drive the operational team to achieve financial goals and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or correlated areas
  • Experience in FP&A
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and detailed-driven profile
  • Highly motivated and proactive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Desired qualifications:

  • MBA or Post Graduation diploma
  • Desirable Microsoft Power BI experience
  • Desirable Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
