Visual Designer - Creative Opportunity

RAPP is looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our award-winning Creative team.

  • Understand creative briefs and ask questions for clarity when needed.
  • Contribute initial ideas and concepts to solve creative challenges.
  • Continuously improve design skills and learn to execute work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Explore multiple approaches to solving creative challenges and strive to elevate your work.
  • Manage workflow and agency processes.
  • Present ideas internally and collaborate with the team to refine and 'sell' the work.
  • Show a proactive, 'how can I help' attitude and deliver work efficiently on time.

Key qualifications include experience as an art director or graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing creative work.

A strong foundation in typography, layout, and composition is essential.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch are necessary.

Candidates should be curious about experimenting with AI tools and emerging design technologies.
