Our organization seeks an experienced Grain Processing Operator to fill a crucial role in Formosa do Rio Preto. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of grain processing, from unloading and cleaning to drying, storage, classification, and shipping.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the control panel during product movement
  • Operate technology equipment such as tablets and Smart Glass
  • Run the dryer following established procedures
  • Perform scale calibrations at the start, during, and end of loading
  • Monitor equipment to prevent breakdowns
  • Verify product quality through sampling to avoid mixing issues

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CBH B certification
  • Availability to work on the farm

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the SAP system
  • Experience with tractor and loader operation
