The Inventory Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the logistics and operations team. Their primary responsibilities include inventory management, stock control, and supply chain optimization to ensure adherence to industry regulations.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Analyze lead times, ETAs, and EDAs to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
  • Generate monthly inventory reports to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in forecasting, managing local inventory, and distribution networks.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams for supply availability and mitigation updates.
  • Create and manage parts lists and replenishment levels to ensure efficient inventory turns.
  • Develop processes for inventory modeling and exception management to minimize errors.
  • Oversee demand forecasting and regional allocations to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Communicate inventory movements (inbound/outbound) to stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Support physical inventory counts as required to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, vendor management, or warehouse operations.
  • Domain expertise in Hardware Operations: Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet software, inventory management systems, and forecasting tools.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and other operational software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
