Key Responsibilities:- Update internal databases with new employee information;
- Create analytics reports for HR performance metrics;
- Support management to improve processes, implement changes and optimize efficiency;
- Contribute to special projects related to talent acquisition and development;
- Support recruiting and hiring processes through strategic sourcing and candidate selection;
- Develop training programs and materials for HR best practices;
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures for compliance and effectiveness;
- Support employees according to HR policies and procedures for employee relations and well-being;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field such as Business Administration;
- Intermediate English proficiency required for effective communication;
