Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our organization. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing development initiatives related to individual and organizational needs, through internal or external programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement development initiatives related to individual and organizational needs, through internal or external programs (Training, Coaching, Mentoring, etc)
  • Content development and conducting training sessions. Implement new methodologies and innovative initiatives to enhance employee development.
  • Responsible for Apprentices/Interns program ensuring hiring quota, timeline, onboarding and appropriate development actions
  • Responsible for the Onboarding & Induction program for new hires
  • Support implementation of Engagement & Satisfaction surveys, Talent Reviews and 360/Development Feedback Assessments to identify individual and organizational improvement opportunities
  • Supports and coordinates with leaders and HRBP's events and any action to support organizational culture
  • Search and define strategic partners, vendors and universities to support our demands
  • Define Learning and development KPI's and work on the data to improve processes
  • Act as a liaison between COE and HRBP's
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations and internal procedures, audit, social responsibility, etc

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Solid understanding in development tools (9Box | Sucession Plan)
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Proficient in Sheets, Presentations and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English; Spanish desirable
