">We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our team.
">- The successful candidate will oversee onboardings, internal processes, offboardings, and address location-specific matters as the key HR contact for their location.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business by identifying opportunities to add value through innovative process improvements.
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources roles with upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Highly developed listening and communication skills, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently, demonstrating discretion and judgment while working with sensitive materials.
- Experience in onboarding, offboarding, and general people management tasks, as well as dealing with stressful situations.
- Experience in an IT company, G Suite tools knowledge, and HRM systems familiarity.
- A team player who adapts to a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a passion for results.
