Reports to: Global HR Director (US-based). Part of the Global People and Culture team, working with local teams while aligning with global HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities- Recruitment and Selection: identify hiring needs, define job profiles with leadership, and approve salary, title, and job content; attract and hire professionals aligned with the company's needs; advertise roles on strategic channels; conduct screening through technical and behavioral interviews; finalize offers and ensure smooth onboarding in partnership with HR colleagues.
- Performance Evaluation and Career Development: support measuring employee performance and professional growth with managers and local/global HR; follow global career paths and growth opportunities; conduct termination meetings and support management in the dismissal process; promote regular feedback and structured evaluations; educate managers on global/local KPIs.
- Training and People Development: conduct training needs assessments; design training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership) and promote continuous learning via workshops, mentoring, and e-learning; measure training effectiveness and impact.
- Culture & Wellbeing: empower leaders to manage teams effectively, provide coaching and leadership development; assist managers with conflict resolution and decision-making; offer HR insights to guide team management and motivation; act as strategic partner in organizational planning.
- HR Collaboration: maintain coordination with local leaders and the Global People & Culture team to implement and follow up on company policies and initiatives at the local level.
- 7+ years of HR work experience
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Effective communication with all levels of employees and management; a team player at heart
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Working knowledge of Google Suite / Google Workspace is desired
