About The Role

Position: Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist, Brazil

Location: São Paulo

Type: Full-time, Employment

Fluent in English and Portuguese, the specialist will play a key role in driving end-to-end people initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, career development planning, employee training and development, and providing strategic support to leadership. This role requires close collaboration with local teams while aligning with global HR policies and practices, as the HR recruitment and talent acquisition specialist will be part of our broader Global People and Culture team and willreport directly to the US-based Global HR Director.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Selection

  • Identify hiring needs, define job profiles together with leadership and get approval on salary, title and job content.
  • Attract and hire professionals aligned with the company's needs.
  • Advertise roles on strategic channels (LinkedIn, Music/entertainement job boards, social media)
  • Conduct screening through technical and behavioral interviews.
  • Finalize offer and ensure smooth onboarding processes partnering with your HR colleagues

2. Performance Evaluation and Career Development

  • Support measuring employee performance and support professional growth along with managers and local and global HR

  • Follow guidelines of the global career paths and growth opportunities (vertical and lateral).

  • Conduct Termination meeting and support management in the dismissal process

  • Promote regular feedback and structured evaluations (annual or semi-annual).

  • Educate managers on global and local KPIs

3. Training and People Development

Enhance employee skills and align talent pool with organizational goals.

  • Conduct training needs assessments
  • Conduct Stay/Exit interviews
  • Identify internal mobility needs and support staff and management in the mobility process
  • Design training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership) along knowledge team and global HR
  • Promote continuous learning through workshops, mentoring, and e-learning.
  • Measure training effectiveness and impact.

4. Support Leadership on Culture & Wellbeing

Empower leaders to manage teams effectively and create a strong organizational culture.

  • Provide coaching and leadership development programs.
  • Assist managers with conflict resolution and decision-making.
  • Offer HR insights to guide team management and motivation.
  • Act as a strategic partner in organizational planning.

5. Partner with Local Leadership & Global P&C team on HR initiatives

Maintain ongoing coordination with local leaders and the Global People & Culture team to ensure effective implementation and follow-up of company policies and initiatives at the local level.

  • Qualifications

    • 7+ years of HR work experience
    • Bilingual in English and Portuguese
    • Effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management and be a team player at heart.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
    • Working knowledge of Google Suite | Google Workspace is desired.
