As a strategic partner to the business, you will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for both high volume and specialist roles to meet hiring goals across diverse functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, talent needs, and organizational culture.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-performing, diverse candidates.
  • Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by proactively building inclusive talent pipelines.
  • Contribute to specialized recruiting programs such as university relations, executive search, technical hiring, or diversity-focused outreach.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles—from high-volume positions to specialized talent—ensuring alignment with workforce planning and overall talent strategy.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing approaches.
  • Source, engage, and evaluate candidates using a blend of traditional methods and creative outreach.
  • Guide hiring teams on interview techniques, candidate assessment, and selection best practices.
  • Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and maintain timely, professional candidate communications.
  • Lead offer negotiations and closures in accordance with company policies and compensation frameworks.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance recruitment tools, processes, and candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent professional experience; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related HR discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience recruiting for both high-volume and specialist level roles.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Live in the Sao Paolo area with ability to be on site occasionally.
