Please note that this is a hybride role with 3 days in-person based in São Paulo.

A C2-proficiency in Portuguese & English is required.

What You'll Do:

  • Be Reonic's first Talent Acquisition hire in Brazil - helping us build our local team from the ground up
  • Proactively hunt for top talent using active sourcing strategies to connect with standout candidates
  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract exceptional talent
  • Act as a brand ambassador to tell our story and inspire potential candidates to join our mission
  • Use creative sourcing techniques and local market insights to build a strong talent pipeline in Brazil
  • Streamline the recruiting experience, keeping communication seamless and ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors
  • (Ideally) 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a start-up and especially with non-tech roles
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian talent market and the challenges of recruiting for a growing startup
    • Passionate about connecting people with purpose-driven work and helping scale a global company locally
  • C2-Level in Portuguese & English is required. A advanced level in Spanish is a plus.
  • An eye for top talent - especially for sales and account management
  • Based in São Paulo and excited to be part of an on-site (hybrid), collaborative team
