Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary
Note: this role will be remote for the first 5-6 months, than will move to office-based role
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to oversee the sourcing and recruiting process for designated positions.
- Utilize innovative and effective sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive market research, attendance at networking events, and ongoing relationship-building.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies or search firms when necessary.
- Professionally represent the company to candidates and outside partners.
- Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle, including crafting job descriptions, screening candidates, managing their experience, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Hold regular discussions with hiring managers to stay aligned on staffing needs and candidate status.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights on the talent market and hiring competition.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken forms.
- Demonstrated recruitment experience, either in-house or agency-based.
- Experience handling high-volume hiring or operating in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, generation, and evaluation.
- Proficient in online research and leveraging professional networking platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with knowledge of specific platforms considered a plus.
- Previous experience supporting recruitment for product-focused or tech-oriented teams is advantageous.
