Graphic Designer Job Description

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a skilled designer, you will collaborate with us to create stunning digital content for our clients.

Your mission will be to empower B2B marketing and revenue teams by unlocking growth and helping them achieve their goals. You will work closely with our team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for various digital design projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with design edits to ensure proper completion of tasks
  • Review all aspects of documents before submission, including copy transfer, correct fonts, spacing, and overall design quality
  • Apply feedback directly and make revisions as required, demonstrating an ability to incorporate suggestions without extensive guidance
  • Take ownership of minor design projects, such as creating social media calendars, and see them through to completion independently
  • Be flexible and responsive to urgent client needs, adapting quickly to changing tasks and priorities
  • Maintain organization and structure when working with different clients and their design assets
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, for creating and editing visual assets
  • Experience with web design tools like Figma and/or Adobe XD for designing website layouts and user interfaces
  • Familiarity with social media and editorial design, including creating brochures, e-books, guides, etc
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies
