Commercial Lines Account Administrator

This position involves managing commercial lines accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of commercial lines coverages and ratings.
- Build and maintain favorable relationships with customers and producers.
- Enter all required data into the agency management system to ensure current file data on assigned accounts, and properly document all conversations and confirmations with insured parties.
- Prepare renewal submissions including attachments and supplements, collaborating closely with the Marketing department during the renewal process.
- Write additional lines of coverage as needed.
- Prepare and/or review binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and cancellations for delivery to insured parties.
- Validate coverages and premiums charged on policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations, and collect premium payments within the designated timeframe.
- Maintain a follow-up system for correspondence and requests.
- Review property and casualty losses with producers and customers as needed.
- Perform various clerical functions, including answering phones, proofreading documents, photocopying, and responding to email correspondence in a timely manner.
- P&C Brokers License is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- The ability to navigate MS Office/Excel and AMFRS is necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position is required.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline is preferred.
