As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function. Your responsibilities will include conducting reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), modifying interventions as necessary, and performing discharge planning.

You must have current licensure to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in, graduation from an accredited physical therapy educational program, and one year related physical therapy experience. If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders is required along with appropriate mentoring and/or participating in a residency program.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in.
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy educational program.
  • One year related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care.
  • If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders is required along with appropriate mentoring and/or participating in a residency program.
