Program Lead Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee complex automotive projects, with a focus on intelligent cockpit systems.

  • As the primary liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams, you will ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • With your project management expertise, you will deliver successful outcomes by planning and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Given the complexity of our projects, we require a lead who can navigate multiple functional groups and foster collaboration across engineering, product development, and other teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 7–8 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in IVI or ADAS systems.
  • Similarly, you should have 7–8 years of program management experience covering software, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
  • A PMP certification is highly valued, as is a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in German and English is necessary, along with a proactive mindset that thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments.
