Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled National Consultant to develop a comprehensive Risk Communication toolkit and course for public managers involved in emergency preparedness and response in Brazil.

The consultant will work under the guidance of a Social and Behaviour Change Officer, coordinating with an Emergency Specialist and RCCE Specialist.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in social and behavioral sciences, social communication, sociology, anthropology, psychology, education, public relations, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in RCCE, CwC, SBC, C4D or related areas.
  • Knowledge of children's rights issues (CRC and the Statute of the Child and Adolescent is an asset).
  • Ability to manage relationships with partners, including government counterparts and communities.
