International Trade Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled International Trade Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and optimizing processes across all businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in international Trade or similar areas, with proven experience in the field of international trade operations (Logistics & Customs). Intermediate to Advanced written and oral communication skills in English are essential, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge of Law Customs Regulations in Brazil, Certifications and Licensing processes to be carried out with authorities. Proficiency in trade documentation & logistics coordination is also required. Intermediate Excel and MS Office systems knowledge, desirable Datasul or other ERP systems, will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, handle special customs regimes, and guarantee timely and accurate documentation.
  • Review and validate import/export documents, maintain accurate databases, and ensure compliance with Customs requirements.
  • Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and update import/export controls.
  • Update procedures, identify inefficiencies, and enhance operational excellence.
  • Work with forwarders, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth export processes and performance improvements.
  • Analyze trade operation KPIs and manage financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in international Trade or similar areas.
  • Proven experience in the field of international trade operations (Logistics & Customs).
  • Intermediate to Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Law Customs Regulations in Brazil, Certifications and Licensing processes to be carried out with authorities.
  • Proficiency in trade documentation & logistics coordination.
  • Intermediate Excel and MS Office systems knowledge, desirable Datasul or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships.
