About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coach to direct our retail teams' training and development process, aiming for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive training plans to enhance customer experience;
  • Analyzing results of training programs to identify areas for improvement or further development;
  • Collaborating with other regions on best practices and knowledge sharing;
  • Leveraging e-learning platforms to engage store teams, monitoring its effectiveness;
  • Facilitating integration programs for new Store Managers and participating in store openings;

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language proficiency;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
