Facilities Coordinator

The maintenance assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the school campus and facilities are well maintained, allowing students to benefit from state-of-the-art infrastructure and education.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform corrective maintenance on equipment and buildings, identifying and repairing faults while restoring original functionality.">
• Conduct preventive maintenance of building installations, analyzing the need for replacement and monitoring functionality.">
• Oversee the movement of materials, furniture, and equipment, ensuring compliance with orders and operational procedures.">
• Maintain equipment, tools, and materials, adhering to safety protocols and keeping workspaces clean and organized.">
• Report directly to superiors, prioritizing activities and informing the need for part replacements or tool acquisitions.">
• Ensure prompt reporting of unsafe situations or conditions.">
• Replace and eliminate leaks in sanitary appliances, pumps, water tanks, and sewage systems.">
• Perform electrical system maintenance, analyzing the need for replacement and conducting functional tests.">

High School diploma required. Technical certification is a plus. Portuguese proficiency is essential, while intermediate English proficiency is beneficial. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance field, along with good experience in MEP systems and minor civil construction repairs, are also required.
