The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our fast-paced team, driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop internal tools and automate routines to improve efficiency and problem-solving capabilities
  • Create actionable dashboards using Grafana and Metabase to inform business decisions
  • Monitor overall company operations and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned tasks
  • Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and agile, with a passion for solving complex problems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with APIs
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Software development skills and experience with machine learning/ AI modeling
  • Experience working with Grafana and Prometheus
  • Data analysis skills and ability to work with complex systems
