Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our data science initiatives, driving impactful solutions and strategic decision-making.

This role demands expertise in machine learning model development, deployment, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth, improve customer outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models to solve high-impact financial problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data science use cases and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract valuable insights and build robust predictive models.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science team.
  • Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data science or machine learning, with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks like scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, time series forecasting, supervised and unsupervised learning, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working with financial datasets (e.g., credit scoring, fraud detection, risk modeling, pricing, or forecasting).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools.
