Senior Data Scientist Role

This is a critical position in our organization's mission to leverage data and AI for strategic decision-making, improving customer outcomes, and enhancing operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with professionals from diverse backgrounds - including product, engineering, operations, and business strategy - to solve real-world challenges across multiple domains. Your expertise will directly influence key business initiatives and deliver measurable value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve high-impact financial problems.
  • Analyse large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and build predictive models.
  • Design and maintain robust model training workflows.
  • Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience in data science or machine learning, with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, time series forecasting, supervised and unsupervised learning, and optimization techniques.
