Senior Electrical Design Specialist

The Senior Electrical Design Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing electrical design solutions across various systems and equipment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive electrical system improvements.
- Support production and maintenance in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues from an engineering perspective.
- Create, maintain, and improve electrical designs, manufacturing processes, and equipment configurations.
- Collaborate with Controls Engineering to develop controls architectures and connection guides.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for electrical design documentation and process adherence.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess 7+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering within a mid-to-large-sized manufacturing facility.
Key qualifications include:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in creating and maintaining electrical schematics
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Power PI, and Microsoft Office Suite
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
