International Tax Position:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the Group's tax presence in Latin America, tracking relevant changes in tax legislation and communicating with consultants in countries where the Group operates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Group's tax position in Latin America, tracking relevant changes in tax legislation and communicating with consultants in countries where the Group operates.
  • Participate in tax structuring of international operations and tax risk management.
  • Develop operational structures and assess tax risks associated with conducting business in foreign countries.
  • Set up tax reporting and payment processes in countries where the Group operates.
  • Establish and control processes related to invoices and automatic exchange of fiscal data with local authorities.
  • Supervise the development of tax accounting methodologies.
  • Participate in analyzing tax aspects of commercial projects and reviewing international operations, contracts, and policies.
  • Develop procedures to improve tax efficiency and risk management.
  • Communicate with tax authorities, prepare responses, and analyze documents to defend the company's position.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in finance, economics, or law.
  • 5+ years of work experience in tax consulting or tax compliance with a focus on international taxation.
  • Understanding of tax reporting principles in LatAm regions and international taxation trends.
  • Management and analytical skills, proficient in English (Advanced level).
