Are you a logistics expert looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Solutions Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end logistics of wind power projects in Latin America, including formulating strategies, transportation plans, and warehousing schedules.
- Lead logistics cost control and optimization by analyzing costs and reducing expenses while ensuring service quality.
- Coordinate cross-departmental and external cooperation resources, establishing close communication mechanisms with project teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in logistics processes within the Latin American region.
- Promote standardization and normalization of logistics processes, combining regional characteristics and project needs to improve efficiency.
- Regularly report on logistics work progress, providing data support for project decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of logistics management experience in large-scale engineering projects, especially in the wind power or energy sectors.
- Familiarity with the logistics market in Latin America, knowledge of local transportation networks, customs policies, laws, and regulations, and cultural customs.
- Solid capabilities in logistics solution design, proficiency in multimodal transportation (sea, land, air) processes, and ability to develop independent logistics solutions for complex projects.
- Strong risk prediction and handling capabilities, able to effectively respond to unexpected situations in logistics processes.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to conduct cross-cultural communication and coordination with domestic/foreign teams and local partners.
