Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and manage high-performance engineering teams, focusing on rapid development and deployment using cloud computing platforms.
  • Drive effective mechanisms to plan, execute, and audit workstreams, ensuring clarity and motivation for our engineering team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software engineering and engineering management, with expertise in cloud computing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud and data environments.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and dynamic decision-making skills, with ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building applications in the finance space, such as credit card products or accounts receivables/payables.
  • Ability to craft self-managing distributed teams and work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
