**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Bionic Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on email marketing campaigns, data analysis, and team collaboration.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving innovation.

**Remote Work Arrangements**

We offer a fully remote work arrangement with set working hours of 9 am to 6 pm EST.

**Compensation**

The salary for this position is USD 1200 - USD 1500 per month.
