We are seeking an Enterprise Application Integration Development Manager to join our team.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and integrating enterprise applications, following global governance, and defining development frameworks and quality assurance processes. This role requires a strong understanding of application delivery, process optimization, and leadership skills to oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise integration applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise integration applications for SAP Business Technology Platform, API Portal & API Management, and Netweaver Suite Management.
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives leveraging best practices and emerging technologies to enhance application delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate with peers, other teams, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, share updates, and foster transparency.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to application delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing application delivery teams.
- Experience working with full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations, from project preparation through post-go-live support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (desired in Spanish).
