Junior CMMS Engineer

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. As a Junior CMMS Engineer, you will play a key part in ensuring optimal maintenance and inventory processes.

This position involves supporting end users and maintaining system data integrity. You will also be contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with various teams to enhance operations.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing ongoing support for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) activities across all operating assets.
  • Delivering hands-on training to end-users on IFS CMMS and related maintenance and inventory processes.
  • Monitoring CMMS system usage and implementing efficiencies to protect the integrity and functionality of the system.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of Maintenance & Inventory KPIs, providing insight that drives performance.
  • Supporting the Functional Manager and Operational Managers in analysing maintenance and inventory performance.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency within the CMMS.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Structural, Mechanical, Marine, or Offshore Engineering, or equivalent education and relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in the offshore maintenance industry, specifically with comparable ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and respect across teams.
