Job Title: Backend Software Engineer Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the development squad, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Applications: Design, develop, and test robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Skill Enhancement: Continuously update your skills and knowledge to stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
Technical Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on backend architecture and design.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, EJB 3, SQL, and application servers like WebSphere.
  • Skills: Experience with APIs, Swagger, Apache CXF, Oracle, MySQL, and Linux commands is highly desirable.
Differential Skills:
  • Containers: Knowledge of Containers, EKS, and Web servers is a plus.
Behavioral and Process Skills:
  • Agile Development: Experience with Agile development, Squad culture, ceremonies, and product ownership is essential.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required, with a willingness to work on call and support the team as needed.
