About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing day-to-day program operations, ensuring seamless client experiences, and providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess strong analytical abilities. They should also be able to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities
  • Client Support - Ensure that client goals and needs are met through effective program management and coordination.
  • Communication and Relationship Building - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure efficient program implementation.
  • Product and Service Expertise - Gain in-depth knowledge of demand management, services & offerings, DERs, and program success drivers.
  • Administrative Support - Provide support to the Client Success team, including report preparation, invoicing, and program launch assistance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in technology services, customer success, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to build trust with clients and colleagues
