Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join our team in Rio de Janeiro. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance plans, ensuring that all planned and corrective maintenance activities are effectively scheduled and managed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive plan of maintenance activities, including short-term and long-term scheduling.
  • Collaborate with offshore supervisors and onshore maintenance engineers to revise and prioritize corrective work requests.
  • Review and ensure compliance with the installation's verification scheme.
  • Follow up on unit KPIs and deliver internal reports for both unit and department.
Main Tasks:
  • FOLLOW UP 3RD PARTY WORK SCOPES OFFSHORE.
  • SUPPORT SUPERVISORS ON 3RD PARTY ACTIVITIES PREPARATIONS.
  • PREPARE WEEKLY AND MONTHLY SCHEDULING AND PLANNING OF ACTIVITIES.
  • PREPARE LOOKAHEAD OVERVIEW OF 3, 6 AND 12 MONTHS ACTIVITIES.
Requirements:
  • Degree in relevant technical discipline (mechanical, electrical or instrumentation preferable).
  • Extensive experience as a maintenance planner in Oil&Gas or Manufacturing industries.
  • Basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.
  • Experience with Planning softwares.
