Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the editorial team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that engages our audience and drives results.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing well-optimised articles based on SEO performance reporting
  • Creating reactive content based on seasonal and trending needs
  • Sourcing appropriate imagery to accompany written content (selected based on SEO needs)
  • Cross editing of articles from the editorial team before being published on the site
  • Participating in editorial and client meetings for content outputs
  • Contributing to creative ideation sessions
  • Planning all social media content calendar, liaising with the editorial content plan and with the Influencers Squad ensuring a smooth delivery
  • Executing all social content, including caption writing, design assets (Canva) supported by the team SEO/Social Media writer
  • Community Management - responding comments and DMs from our readers
  • Reporting on the social performance and giving detailed competitor insights (monthly)
  • Fostering retailer/brand relationships (existing and new) to help build organic growth
  • Executing content/influencer campaigns across social channels


Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in branded content projects
* Degree in Communication (Journalism)
* Experience within a similar role in a digital publishing agency environment
* Search Engine Optimization knowledge
* Interest in a beauty universe
* Advanced English
