Content Creator Acquisition Specialist

The key to our mission at LTK is empowering content creators to achieve economic success. To accomplish this, we are seeking a driven salesperson to join the Acquisition team in Brazil and across Latin America.
Primary Responsibilities:- Research, contact, and sign new content creators to the LTK platform.
- Develop strategies to acquire new creators, activate existing ones who are not driving sales, and deliver insights based on data analysis.
- Provide support to the team on multiple educational projects.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, agencies, brands, sales, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and drive results in a remote environment.
- Ability to consistently exceed important metrics and conversion targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
