- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of social media managers and specialists
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
- Implement tools and workflows to optimize social media production and performance
- Performance & Growth
- Define and track key metrics for engagement, referral traffic, community growth, and brand impact
- Use analytics to evaluate campaign success and continuously improve performance
- Build vibrant fan communities rooted in authentic sports content and digital storytelling
