Job Title: Software Engineering Tools Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Tools Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in software engineering tools, such as workflow management, version control, continuous integration, and testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to select, evaluate, and implement new or replacement tools to enhance our software development processes.
A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional support and training to users, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes. Your excellent communication skills and ability to document complex procedures will be invaluable in this position.

Responsibilities:- Administer Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket
- Select, evaluate, and implement new or replacement tools to enhance software development processes
- Develop scripts to integrate different tools
- Create jobs for building, testing, and deploying software
- Provide exceptional support and training to users
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- At least 1 year of professional experience in software development environment configuration/DevOps
