Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineering Specialist to support the development and commission of test solutions. The successful candidate will execute the test qualification of fixtures and programs as per the specific system qualification process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Test Engineer in designing and implementing test solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality test results to support test solutions in production.
  • Contribute to building and manufacturing testers, fixtures, and environmental tooling.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation and training for test solutions.
  • Coordinate training and education for test operations.
  • Monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies, and Uptime.
  • Enhance the test process to balance cost, coverage, and efficiency.

  • Advanced PC skills and knowledge of relevant software packages.

  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to compute rates and ratios.
