We're seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Test Engineering Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in developing and commissioning test solutions, executing test qualification of fixtures and programs according to system qualification process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in PC software packages, and have excellent communication abilities. They will also be responsible for providing comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented, as well as coordinating training and education for all test operations implemented.

In this dynamic role, you will contribute to improving Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies, and Uptime through accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and commission test solutions to meet customer expectations.
  • Execute test qualification of fixtures and programs according to system qualification process.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented.
  • Coordinate training and education for all test operations implemented.
  • Contribute to improving Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies, and Uptime through accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficient in PC software packages, including knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  • Excellent communication abilities with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various groups.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret graphs.
