Test Solution Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist our Test Engineers in the development and commissioning of test solutions.
- Execute test qualification of fixtures and programs as per specific system qualification processes.
- Provide deliverables to support solutions in production to both Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations.
- Assist in building and manufacturing testers, fixtures, and environmental tooling as required to meet customer expectations.
- Provide comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing to ensure test readiness based on weekly production schedule.
- Effective communication skills with managers, clients, and public.
- Problem-solving abilities, including data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and related software.
- Basic writing skills, understanding visual aids, and following instructions.
- Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and graph interpretation.
