Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruit and interview Process Technicians to ensure they possess the necessary skills and qualifications for the role.
- Communicate job requirements and expectations to recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure accurate candidate selection.
- Counsel and guide Process Technicians in the interviewing and hiring process to guarantee a smooth transition.
- Analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Leadership and Management Responsibilities:
- Regularly assess individual and team strengths and development needs to inform coaching and training initiatives.
- Create and validate training curricula to ensure effective skill transfer and knowledge retention.
- Mentor and coach Process Technicians to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
Technical Expertise:
- Review electronic circuit board designs to ensure testability requirements are met.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues.
- Develop and document testing procedures to ensure efficient and effective product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in a related field.
