We are seeking a skilled Test Engineering Analyst to join our team in Manaus, BR. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and retention of Process Technicians, including interviewing and coaching candidates.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of Process Technicians.
- Evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and guidance to improve results.
- Establish clear measurable goals and objectives to determine individual and team results.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Assistant Test Engineering Manager, Workcell Manager, Business Unit Manager and peers.
- Analyze and interpret test data, preparing technical reports for use by test engineering and management personnel.
- Develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on machinery and equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
- Three to five years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
