**Job Description - High Jump Consultant - (Intermediate/Pleno)**

We are seeking an experienced High Jump Consultant to join our team at Mouts Soluções Em Ti. As an Intermediate Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients in the implementation and optimization of HighJumpOne WMS, Voice Pick, RDT, iPAD HighJump, and SQL Server.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on HighJumpOne WMS, Voice Pick, RDT, iPAD HighJump, and SQL Server
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of HighJumpOne WMS, Voice Pick, RDT, iPAD HighJump, and SQL Server
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HighJumpOne WMS, Voice Pick, RDT, iPAD HighJump, and SQL Server with other systems
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and provide solutions to clients

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in HighJumpOne WMS, Voice Pick, RDT, iPAD HighJump, and SQL Server
  • Strong technical skills in SQL Server, HighJumpOne WMS, Voice Pick, RDT, iPAD HighJump, and Azure Cloud
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

**Nice to Have:**

  • Experience with ADO, DataDog (monitoring), and other related technologies
  • Knowledge of warehouse business processes and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a service-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
